We accept payments through PayPal only. Please note we cannot change the method a buyer selects within their PayPal account ( such as debit card, credit card or account balance). Request to alter transactions must result in cancellation so that buyer may elect preferred method within PayPal and proceed to repurchase item again if still available. Not registered? Where do you ship?
We only ship within the United States. Shipping costs to Alaska and Hawaii will differ from the US-Mainland comprised of the 48 contiguous states, and will be usually higher.
For Alaskans and Hawaiians, if the projected cost found under "(more destinations)" is not accurately reflected on your check out page, please do not complete your purchase. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your transaction.
Please note we do not ship to US Protectorates, APO/FPO, and PO Boxes.

What are the shipping and handling charges?
Shipping and handling costs will be specified on the page where product is listed for buyers located within the 48 contiguous US states. For Alaskan and Hawaiian residents, select "more destinations" to determine shipping cost.

Do you grant refunds?
Certain items are eligible for returns and on other products, no returns will be accepted. Eligibility will be specified in each specific listing. Buyer assumes shipping costs on any returns. Any item eligible for returns must be submitted in 14 days after delivery date.

How do you ship?
We ship only by USPS at this time. We endeavor to ship all our packages quickly, typically within 24 to 48 hours weekdays. We will provide a tracking number for all of your orders. An order placed Friday night will be shipped Monday, except for holiday weekends extending into Monday.
Be advised your package may arrive late due to circumstances out of our control. The Coronavirus and new postal protocols are negatively impacting the United States Postal Service (USPS) delivery times. Priority Mail and first class packages may arrive later than anticipated. Most packages will arrive within five to ten business days; however, on rare occasions, it may be over two weeks. The majority of our packages are shipped first class.

At this time we do not offer international shipping.

Can an order be cancelled?
Once an item is in the shipment process it cannot be cancelled. Shipment may take place as soon as 12 hours, but generally it is implemented within 24 to 48 hours, except for holiday weekends.

Where Is My Order Confirmation Email?
Order confirmations are not automatic, however, check your Paypal account to ensure the transaction went through if you have concerns. Order confirmations are handled manually, and should arrive via email within 24 hours.
