For sale is a new with tags top by Self Esteem. It is in great new condition. It has an off shoulder ruffle sleeve style with straps. The fabric has a texture of velour or velvet. The bottom hem fans out a little as seen in the photos. The color is Black and the size is Large. The length going from the strap downwards is approximately 22 inches. The bust measures approximately 38 inches (doubling measurement from front pit to pit). The fabric composition is 92% polyester and 8% spandex. It is machine washable. This top would pair well with a sporty or dressy type of outfit. Please review photos for additional details. Photos presented are taken with and without flash.
